Cancellation terms

Once your booking has been made, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30 per cent of the total amount.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

The balance for your stay must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival. If this amount is not paid, your booking will be cancelled.

If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your stay, no refund will be made.

No refund will be given for any stay that is interrupted or cut short by you (late arrival, early departure).

No postponement of your stay will be accepted.
